We strongly encourage clients to arrive 10 minutes early to warm-up and stay 10 minutes after to cool down.

Your first session will be a one-on-one orientation to Pilates and the equipment so you can use each piece correctly and effectively. Joseph Pilates created all the equipment to act as additional muscles to aid the body on its path to health. They include the Reformer, the Cadillac and the Chair. The Reformer and Chair access the weak or illusive areas of your body to uniformly build alignment, balance and aerobic movement. The Cadillac (Trap Table) benefits the body by supporting movements through spring tension to better develop resilient, powerful muscles, strong joints and increased core strength. Each piece of equipment can be used at various levels allowing for over 500 possible exercises.
